Who runs this site
joinirb.com is the enrollment and data-capture site for the Mortensen Medical Research Network registry, Protocol PPRN-001-2025, sponsored by Mortensen Medical, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit at 101 Hodencamp Rd, Suite 103, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. Contact: contact@mortensenmedical.com.
Site applications

Applications are stored in the registry's database, hosted by Supabase, and are visible only to registry staff. They are kept for the life of the registry plus 7 years, matching registry record retention. An internal notice of each application is emailed to the registry inbox.
Visit data
Participating sites submit de-identified data only: a registry subject number, age band, sex, study day and year, exposure details, outcome scores and adverse events. The form and the database both reject common identifiers. The key linking a subject number to a person stays at the enrolling clinic and never reaches this site. Each record stores the submitting IP address for security. Records are append-only: corrections are new records, and nothing is edited or deleted. De-identified data is used only as described in section 5 of the site consent.
Partner inquiries
If you write to us about white label, supply, SHERPA or research collaboration, we keep your name, email, organization, message and IP address to reply and to prevent abuse. Those inquiries are separate from the registry, go to the Killer Health team, and are kept for up to 3 years or until you ask us to delete them.
What we do not do
- No cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking pixels.
- No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Every file this site loads comes from joinirb.com.
- No sale or rental of any information, ever.
The data-entry page can remember your site code on your device for convenience. Your access key is held only while that browser tab is open.
Your requests
Ask to see, correct or delete your application or inquiry at contact@mortensenmedical.com. Registry records keep the correction trail that federal record-keeping rules require. Questions about the rights of registry participants go to the IRCM Institutional Review Board, (786) 271-2157.
